Tips on How to Stick With Exercise
1. Identify potential reasons why you would skip exercise. Be honest.
2. Find a role model.
3. Wear a portable stereo if you work out alone, put in upbeat tunes.
4. Set your exercise bag by the front door the night before you exercise.
5. Make appointments to exercise with a friend.
6. Vary your work out routine.
7. Don't push yourself to hard, or not hard enough.
8. Set up a reward system for yourself.
9. Keep a log of the times you have exercised.
10. Stay well informed with current fitness issues.

5. Drink water only if you are thirsty.
